Q5. What if my flight got cancelled when I have purchased a holiday package (flight+hotel)?

Answer: As facilitators, we will try to put you on to the next best available flight option. The difference in fare plus hotel cancellation charges will have to be borne by you.

 

Q6. What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"?

Answer: This the rate for 1 person when 2 people are sharing a room. Single occupancy rates are applicable when a single room is provided to "an" individual

 

Q7. How will my hotel booking or vacation package be confirmed?

Answer: Once we receive a booking from you, Joy Travels team will process your booking and make the required reservations for you. The same will be sent to you over the email. Hard copy can be couriered upon request.
